If you're an admin, you'll have the option to renew your account with either the two payment option:
- Credit card: You'll be able to do this from your end and it'll be renewed instantly
- Invoice: To generate an invoice, the system will email you the details (and you'll also have the option to download it) or we can send it to you and whoever else is required to receive this.
When you're ready to renew, the below steps will display how to reach to the renewal area:
If you would like to renew by credit card, you'll be able to follow the below steps.
- As an admin, you'll need to click on Manage Account in the top right corner
- The Subscription option will display in the menu bar
- Please select the Renew Subscription button
- Select Get this subscription
- The next page will allow you to enter your student and teachers count
- You'll finally be able to renew with the two options for payment, either credit card or an invoice to be generated
- If you would like to use the credit card option, fill in the details and checkout
- Alternatively, you can select Invoice and generate the invoice to the designated admin to EnhanceTV.
